To maximize your profits, we recommend not discarding any items from inside or out of the estate, as we take the time to assess their value. With our commission-based payment structure, there's no upfront cost to you, and we are only paid after the sale has been finalized.
Our team thoroughly researches every item in the estate and prices them according to market value. Estate sales are generally held over the weekend and may take up to three days, depending on the estate size.

Sales Process
We aim to make the estate sale and liquidation process easy for you. After a free in-home consultation, our experts will determine the best way to handle the sale. From there, we will present you with a service contract based on the size of your estate or the amount of labor required.
After the sale is completed, we offer clean-out services upon request, which include everything removed from the estate, as well as vacuuming and broom sweeping. Any unsold items removed from the estate will be donated to an appropriate non-profit organization, and a tax donation receipt will be issued.
